Nordic Walking World Cup at Štrbské Pleso - 19.09.2026
We cordially invite you to the fourth year of the World Cup in Nordic Walking at Štrbské Pleso. The competition organized by Štrba is intended for all Nordic Walking enthusiasts. You will have a great opportunity to compete with the best athletes from all over the world in the beautiful nature surrounded by the High Tatras. The competition will take place in the iconic Areal Snow, which hosted the Nordic World Championships in 1970 along with three Winter Universiades and the Cross-Country World Championships. It is a unique opportunity to meet one of the founders of Nordic Walking Marko Kantanev, Slovakia is enough to have fun with your family or group.
The World Cup competition will take place under the auspices of the cup organization in the world: World Original Nordic Walking Federation (ONWF) and Nordic Walking founder Marko Kantaneva The patronage of the events and the main organizer is SFNW, Štrba and Štrba sports club.
Order of events World Cup - conversion factor of 5500 points (this amount of points will be awarded to the best competitor)
