Presentation: Friday (May 9) 6-8 p.m. Saturday (May 10) 8-9:30 a.m. Start: 10:00 a.m. – start of the men's and women's 10 km and 5 km NW categories. Track length: 5 km (2 x 2.5 km), 10 km (4 x 2.5 km). Surface: asphalt 10%, forest paths and sidewalks 90% Category: ZNW - Women - Nordic walking. Up to 10-17 years, 39 years, 49 years, 59 years, 69 and 70+. People with disabilites (5km). MNW - Men - Nordic walking. Up to 10-17 years, 39 years, 49 years, 59 years and 69 and 70+. People with disabilites (5km).
The price of the entry fee includes: - timer, chip and starting number. - starter pack. - participation medal and trophy for the winner (1,2,3, place) - refreshment station (water, ionic drink, fruit) - lunch after the race - health service
